FAB1 DISK CONTENTS CARCASSES - A Non-Polyoptics original in BASIC modified by Gene Dix and myself, although I can't identify specific mods by either of us. Drive around and run over stuff. A little tedious. Very primitive keyboard input. COLMFSPACE - An original game(?) whose best feature is it's rather long text introduction. Once you read it through and set it up there's no real 'play,' you just watch. Think if an automated 'Battleship' game and you'll have the idea. COMPOETRY1 - Yes, another program which produces 'random' poetry. No frills, and no output (but easily modified.) GRAPHMATCH - An Extended BASIC original game I used to play a lot. It's a slot machine simulation with careful scoring, interesting use of sound, and lots of sarcasm in the on-screen commentary. HELICOPTER - I don't claim this as mine but there are no credits in the source code because it has been made as compact as possible. I used to play it a lot, and enjoy watching the little pilots parachute down. Extended BASIC. MDINCHWORM - A watch-only maze game; an early effort which helped me write the next one. BASIC only. MINER - a BASIC game whose title screen credits Sam Pincus with the TI translation and me for 'adapting', although the source code says “revised by Tom Nelson.” Curious little game. I like it, anyway. MINSMAZE_3 (CONTEST ENTRY) - A joystick is required here. MISSLE - Another of my favorite originals, presented here in three forms. This is the pure assembly language version: E/A Option 5. MISSLEDEFA - AN XB hybrid version of my Missle Defense game, which loads MSLMACHINE AL routines by calling DSK.FAB1.MSLMACHINE MISSLEDEFx - A pure XB (and somewhat slow) version of Missle Defense MSLMACHINE - The AL subroutines for MISSLEDEFA OTHELLO - For Extended BASIC; copied out of a book and revised for the TI by me. PUSHPOOL - a BASIC game which is fairly primitive and slow, but I used to play it a lot. Uses the number keys in a rather strange pattern to guide odd pyramid shape that actually strikes the ball. Probably needs an overlay. Requires CALL FILES(1) before loading. SAYNSPELL - A pretty adaptation in Extended BASIC of the work of someone else. Doesn't work in some emulators, maybe because of the use of SPGET routine. SNAKENEGGS - An early 'original' in BASIC. You have to guide a 'snake' of variable length through a minefield. You watch the field being built and try to memorize the locations. Uses the number keys in a rather strange pattern to guide the snake. Probably needs an overlay. SONG_OF_TI - a Random music generator with colors THEME_DUET - an abstract setting of a musical piece I write in high school. TRAPSHOOT - An original Extended BASIC game I used to play a lot. Pretty primitive and actually, pretty hard, since it's not always possible to shoot the trap.
